Senator Patrick Leahy, acting like an old uncle who farts and says inappropriate things at the dinner table, once again forgot that his brain filter was missing when he spoke to Vermont Public Radio the other day.
"There is no way that Senator Clinton is going to win enough
delegates to get the nomination," Leahy said. "She ought to withdraw and she ought to be backing Senator Obama. Now, obviously that's a decision that only she can make. Frankly I feel that she would have a tremendous career in the Senate."
Frankly, Senator Leahy should just stick to senate committee meetings and leave the punditry to the professionals.
