Michigan democrats are crying "disenfrancisement" now that their re-vote plan has been rejected. Unlike Florida democrats, who were forced by republicans in the Florida legislature to accept the ramped-up date for the Florida primary, Michigan democrats concocted and initiated their lame-brain plan all on their own. I'm sorry to say, I don't think they deserve a do-over, because they knew the rules going in, and chose to break them. I think the DNC should give the Florida dems a break and seat some of them at the convention. But Michigan, in a desperate attempt to boost their struggling economy, attempted to subvert and make an end-run around the process. Now they have to take the lumps.
