At a campaign event in Grinnell, Iowa, a student was asked to pose Hillary a question during the Q & A.
As a veteran of many campaign events I can tell you that this is not out of the ordinary. When I worked for Al Gore, we even went so far as to find "Real People" and seated them in the audience so that Gore could point them out as examples of people who would be helped by a program, or who had been hurt by one. I think it adds value to the campaign appearance by showing connection with the audience and examples of how policies affect real Americans. I've seen President use this technique in many State of the Union addresses as well.

This story has been way overblown. So what if she had a planted reporter asking questions? Hillary Clinton is our only hope to take back America and get it under control, and sometimes you have to do whatever it takes to win. The fact that people fail to realize this is simply shocking.
