Mitt Romney and Rudy Giuliani are in a virtual tie for first place in the 2008 race for the nomination. A New Hampshire CNN poll shows McCain making a comeback and placing third. Not surprising to me is that Fred Thompson comes in a lackluster fourth place. I'm telling you, there is nothing special about the guy.
Perhaps the most telling line in the poll was that 66% of those asked still had not made up their mind who they were supporting. Republicans are not impressed with their choices. Each candidate has at least one fatal flaw.
My delusional counterpart over at Elephant Biz, who soon will be departing to work at the Tennesee Republican Party, still thinks Fred is in the lead. No way.
