Ok people, listen up. John McCain's campaign is imploding and its obvious to me that it is never going to recover. There are several factors working against him and as much as I delight in pointing them out, it is a little sad, because this is his last chance.
McCain is old. He is past his prime. Washed up. And he has the scariest old head I have ever seen.
McCain has chosen to follow President Bush's failed war policy. That automatically makes him a pariah. Even if he could win the republican nomination, who in good faith could vote for him in the general? Nobody.
And last, but not least, the McCain rebel and party-basher that people loved in 2000 is long gone. The thrill is gone. For good. So stick a fork in him, folks. He's done.

Well, in 1968 would you have ever guessed John McCain to return home and become a US Senator?
Funny how everyone calls him old and washed up, but I have personally seen him work harder than many half his age. In fact, he runs circles around most people.
So, he placed his trusts in the wrong group of folks-the now resigned and fired heads of the campaign and their lower level operatives.
I do think that the new dynamic, run and shoot campaign team will be very formible.
I am still waitying on the other Republicans to show us thbeir plans for the immigration problem. I would like to see their comprehensive solution to the 13-20 million illegal immigrants. When the other candidates have the courage to really lead then you may count McCain out.
