These are a couple of the photos I took tonight at a small gathering on the southside of Des Moines. Hillary and Bill looked fabulous. They were both wearing extremely bright shirts, as you can see. Then Bill introduced Hill briefly and she spoke for about 20 minutes. As you may have guessed, I am a political junkie, but I also collect signed books. So I had Bill sign the "My Life" autobiography I've had on my bookshelf for three years. Here's that photo:
I'm telling you now that this race is hers to lose. Hillary has the star power to put herself front and center, but she also has the experience and knowledge to really be a leader in this country. Tonight she met with some southside Italian democrats who really know how to absentee ballot. If she can win over a room full of tough old guys like that, she can win anybody over.
